**Hourly Rate: $20.91**

**Seasonal (December - March)**

**Full Time (4-5 shifts a week)**

As the Supervisor, you'll oversee the Rental, Valet, and Repair areas, leading the team of Attendants to ensure guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience with their equipment. You'll collaborate closely with the leadership team to keep operations running smoothly, making sure both guests and staff have a great time. If you're organized, love working with people, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- To provide a high-quality guest service, experience and presentation for the guest
- Perform opening and closing duties for the department.
- Motivate staff through example and leadership skills.
- Assist in on boarding and training of new attendants.
- Coach and performance manage staff throughout the season.
- Ensure all staff are adhering to proper procedures.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- 1 - 2 years previous supervisory experience an asset
- Must be a team player, customer service driven, friendly and outgoing.
- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
- Past customer service experience.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs
- Flexible work schedule (must be able to work a variety of shifts including, weekends, evenings and holidays)
