Event Sales Coordinator

Our team is growing Paradise Banquet and Convention Centre is a family owned and operated, first opening its doors in 1976. Specializing in weddings, ceremonies and special gatherings, this exciting and fast paced environment is looking for a full time Event Sales Coordinator to join our office team
We are currently searching for a driven, sales focused individual with a passion for weddings, events, and planning
This role is located on-site at our Event venue in Vaughan, On.
**Requirements**:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 2-5 years’ experience in an event planning or sales related role
- Previous experience in event coordination or related hospitality roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate commitment to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Strong organization skills and experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service aptitude, self-motivated, resourceful
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment
**Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clear expectations and successful outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and exceeding client expectations.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and adapt to changing event requirements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the company at events and meetings.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
