Our travel agency is one of the leading companies in the travel industry in Canada. We offer a wide range of travel services, including individual and group tours, cruises, airline tickets, and hotel bookings. Our goal is to create unforgettable experiences for our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Provide information about the agency's travel products and services.
- Coordinate meetings and schedules for travel consultants.
- Maintain and update the client database.
- Process bookings and payments.
- Maintain order and a professional atmosphere at the reception area.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a receptionist or in customer service (experience in the travel industry is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of French or other languages is welcomed).
- Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Friendliness, responsibility, and a customer-oriented approach.
Interest in tourism and knowledge of popular travel destinations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
