*Fonctions
- Accueillir les visiteurs dès leur arrivée au bureau.
- Diriger les visiteurs vers la personne et le bureau appropriés
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, les filtrer et les transmettre.
- Fournir des informations de base et précises en personne, par téléphone ou par courrier électronique.
- Recevoir, trier et distribuer le courrier et les livraisons quotidiennes.
- Assurer la sécurité du bureau en respectant les procédures de sécurité et en contrôlant l'accès par le bureau de réception.
- Commander les fournitures de bureau et tenir l'inventaire des stocks
- Mettre à jour les calendriers et planifier les réunions.
*Qualifications
- Expérience professionnelle confirmée en tant que réceptionniste, représentant du front office ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Expérience pratique du matériel de bureau (par exemple, télécopieurs et imprimantes).
- Attitude et apparence professionnelles
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Capacité à faire preuve d'ingéniosité et d'initiative en cas de problème.
- Excellent sens de l'organisation
- Aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à gérer le temps, avec la capacité de hiérarchiser les tâches.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
Compétences souhaitables:
- Expérience de Google Suite
- Connaissance de QuickBooks
- Expérience dans le travail de bureau ou administratif
- Familiarité avec les procédures des cabinets médicaux ou dentaires

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
*Qualifications*
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- English and French
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience with Google Suite
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Background in clerical or administrative work
- Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures
