*Duties*
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Collect and process payments for services rendered
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and appointments
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with administrative tasks
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Triage symptoms of patients at reception and notify proper departments

*Experience*
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology is a plus
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures would be beneficial

*Fonctions
- Accueillir les clients et leurs animaux de compagnie avec un comportement amical et accueillant.
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, prendre les rendez-vous et gérer la réception.
- Recueillir et traiter les paiements pour les services rendus
- Maintenir des dossiers précis sur les informations et les rendez-vous des patients
- Assister les vétérinaires et les techniciens vétérinaires dans leurs tâches administratives.
- Veiller à la propreté et à l'organisation de la zone de réception
- Triage des symptômes des patients à la réception et notification aux services compétents.

*Expérience
- Expérience préalable en tant que réceptionniste ou dans le service à la clientèle.
- La connaissance de la terminologie médicale vétérinaire est un plus.
- Une bonne connaissance des procédures de laboratoire serait bénéfique.
