CSA Transportation is currently looking to recruit **Customs Coordinators **to join our growing Vancouver team.

What your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring shipments are released in a timely and accurate manner and adhering to all governmental policies and regulations
- Coordinating with sales staff, dispatchers, customer representatives and warehouse
- Answering inquiries and investigating complaints
- Analyzing load information from the customer in order to verify and determine appropriate routes
- Working with brokers and customers to clear shipments for multiple trucks daily/weekly
- Answering any customs related questions
- Processing ACE/ACI Manifests
- Performing any other tasks that may be required by the Customs Supervisor

What we require from you:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customs Certification (CCS) is an asset
- Minimum 2 year experience as a Customs Coordinator
- Minimum 2 year experience in Transportation
- Minimum 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding
- Minimum 1 year experience using Boarder Connect
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Truck Mate is an asset
- Strong computer skills; ability to use various computer software with little to no supervision
- Professional verbal and written skills; ability to type 30 wpm
- Ability to work independently and work within a team
