Due to strong growth and excellent results, Cloverdale Paint Inc. has an opportunity for a **full-time Customer Inventory Coordinator **at our **Surrey** facility.

This position requires a diverse skill set, including an understanding of manufacturing scheduling and flow along with distribution, transportation and customer service. This position will work with Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) Inventory department as well as Cloverdale Paint’s (CPI) production, distribution and order desk personnel with a primary focus of communicating and coordinating the production and distribution of FCL private labelled SKU’s.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review FCL’s inventory on hand reports and coordinate “suggested order quantities” (SOQ’s) for final approval by FCL
- Collaborate with Cloverdale Paint Production and Distribution to schedule timely FCL private label SKU manufacturing and distribution schedules
- Develop an inventory plan for the minimum stock required in the Surrey DC to buffer production schedules and maintain service and inventory turn goals for FCL
- Work closely with FCL procurement to develop purchase orders to cover FCL inventory requirements
- Work with FCL to develop and manage a monthly inventory “turns report” available for presentation to FCL and CP
- Develop and improve methodologies linked to the various aspects of handling the account
- Achieves annual inventory “turns” and service objectives as set out by FCL and CPI
- Coordinate and oversee a 95% fill-rate objective for production and distribution of FCL purchase orders

**REQUIREMENTS**
- SCMP accreditation or similar considered is an asset
- Proven experience in inventory and resource planning
- 1-year industry experience, or familiarity with industry products and seasonal trends
- Excellent understanding of production, distribution and transportation
- Working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point and ERP systems
- Ability to work in a team environment and self-motivated to work independently
- Detail oriented and disciplined with strong analytical, mathematical, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet commitments on-time under a moderate level of pressure
- Ability to multi-task and adjust workload based on priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, listening and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software
