Sales Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the sales department
- Order entry
- Assisting with inventory control and reporting
- General administration
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and process applicable documentation
- Prepare product samples
- Compile monthly sales reports
- Follow up with clients about orders and delivery
- Assist with marketing and social media efforts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant role or similar position preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computer software such as Google Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent phone manner
- Experience with construction materials background an asset
- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly, dog person and a sense of humor
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
