Purpose of the Role

This role will support the Executive Director, Talent Advisory Legal on delivering key national Legal Talent processes.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role are:
Administrative support on key national Talent processes and programs
- Creating and collating information in various tracking charts, consistently ensuring the highest level of data accuracy
- Proofreading of documents
- Scheduling interviews/meetings and booking boardrooms
- Posting documents to internal SharePoint sites
- Liaising with external service providers (e.g. executive coaches) on logistics and payments

General administration
- Maintaining appropriate documentation and records
- Calendar management, travel coordination, expense reports
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong technical skills in document and spreadsheet management
- Detail-orientated individual with good proofreading skills
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Ability to set own priorities while maintaining flexibility
- Availability to work overtime, when necessary
