**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide short-term and long-term coverage for senior assistants and law clerks. Your primary responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation and corporate law;
  • A Legal Assistant diploma or equivalent qualification;
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, document management programs, and legal-specific technical programs;
  • Impeccable proofreading and grammar skills, with attention to detail.

**Compensation and Benefits:** We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
