**Account Coordinator**

We are currently seeking a keen professional with at least 2 or more years’ of event experience to fill a full-time position within our organization. We are hiring an Account Coordinator to help our clients manage events utilizing our registration and ticketing software platform.

**Job Purpose**
To be part of our event operations team, assisting with operational and administrative support to meet client and business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setup, configure and execute pre-show and onsite event duties using our custom event software platform.
- Assist clients in using and/or training on our event software platform.
- Prepare, test and pack onsite registration equipment to send to events.
- Coordinate onsite event operations; managing onsite registration/ticketing services, setting up equipment, support and training of onsite temp staff, liaison with client.
- Some travel will be required to Canada and/or US (Potentially 10+ events per year). Work from home when not travelling to events except for coming into the office to meet with the team or packing equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Account management: 2 years (preferred)
