**Job Title**: Account Manager

**Department**: Open Platform Business Group (OPBG)

**Reports To**: Manager of Strategic Retail

**Location**: Vancouver, BC/Markham, ON/Remote Position

**Job Description Overview**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a 3-month rolling forecast, track results, and create action plans
- Conduct weekly sales meetings with internal and external parties
- Coordinate and schedule regular meetings with each account as needed
- Coordinate and attend trade show events, including material coordination and presentation on ASUS products
- Track competition promotions at selected accounts and gather relevant information
- Escalate customer service issues and ensure satisfactory resolutions
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop marketing solutions and meet account-specific timelines
- Collaborate with Product Management and related teams to provide customer feedback on forecasts
- Monitor delivery schedules to meet forecast requests and communicate any deviations to accounts
- Request and follow up on purchase orders
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality
- Perform other job duties as assigned

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in a related field or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in direct sales or sales through distribution channels
- Sales or previous technology account manager experience is a plus
- Strong multitasking and workflow management skills
- Confident public speaker in front of buyers, executives, and large audiences
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to travel within the US and Canada
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented corporate environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, OneDrive, Google Sheets, Salesforce
- Advanced to expert use of Excel, including index/match, cube formulas, pivot tables, and familiar with navigating/building custom reports
- Leadership and charismatic interpersonal skills

**Working Conditions**:

- Extended periods of sitting and operating computer equipment
- Approximately 30% travel required
