- What you'll be doing
- Reporting to the Director, CIBC Digital Portfolio Management, as the Business Effectiveness Consultant, Portfolio Management, you will provide support to the SVP and senior leadership team as required in the planning, assessment, development and implementation of strategies and initiatives across the CIBC Digital business. You will be accountable for delivering on the following key accountabilities and providing direct output support to the Directors, Sr. Director and SVP on any other matters related to the successful management and operations of the department.

- How You’ll Succeed- Strategic Management - Develop a strong understanding of the CIBC Digital PBB business, including strategic direction and business roadmap, projects, financials, sales and operational performance. Provide support to the Directors, Sr. Director and other senior leadership to communicate status and provide valuable insight against stated business objectives (i.e. Resource & Vendor Management and Invoicing ownership). Finding clarity in ambiguous situations to clearly articulate the business’s direction and performance.-
- Financial Analysis & Operational Reporting - Oversee reporting on financial performance, related to business resource and department operational metrics for the CIBC Digital PBB businesses, in collaboration with Finance and other partners.-
- Relationship Management - Liaise with functional groups across CIBC when developing business or financial analysis. Work closely with partners in Technology and business product groups to ensure strategic and financial alignment. Communicate with the bank’s Project Management Office and other stakeholders to accurately forecast, manage and report on the health of Digital's Department objectives. Foster relationships with interface departments to promote teamwork and inter-departmental support for staff where expertise and experience need to be shared by acting as a single point of contact for groups within the line of business.-
