Sales Manager

We are a dynamic and fast-paced organization that's looking for a hyper sales-focused individual with previous sales management experience and a proven track record of building, improving and leading successful B2C sales teams. You should have an entrepreneur spirit and the drive to build something no matter what it takes.
As a Sales Manager, you will have full accountability for your team of Outside Sales Advisers which includes the following responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct and provide leadership to achieve the short and long term business growth and retention objectives
Daily development the team through coaching, training & accountability
Daily improvements of your teams KPI's
Provide sales functional leadership and expertise
Assisting in selecting, training and developing high caliber sales professionals
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 5 years of B2C sales management experience
Experience in developing and carrying out business plans, sales plans, and commission programs
Above average interpersonal skills, presentation and communication skills
Effective time management, organizational abilities
Experience coaching and motivating others
**Benefits**:

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
