As part of our efforts to serve our clients better we're looking for a Sales Assistant to provide administrative support to our sales and training coordination teams.

This role is perfect for anyone who lights up when helping others, values strong customer service and gets satisfaction from seeing how all the details come to life in providing the highest quality of training. You don’t see problems - just puzzles that can be solved

As well, we are constantly growing and improving and want someone that also values innovation. The phrase “well, that’s the way it’s always been done” is not in your vocabulary. Finally, we want someone that is going to fit with our team and complement our values. We have fun, stay well-connected (even though we are remote), and build each other up with respect and consideration.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

- Help manage company LinkedIn accounts, finding and connecting with clients and posting information to promote the company and its courses.
- Check SurveyMonkey for feedback from past clients and identify opportunities for follow-ups, testimonials, and referrals.
- Register public class participants and follow up with them to generate more sales leads.
- Assist with preparing quotes, SOWs, and RFPs as needed.
- Participate in sales meetings and webinars to learn about the company's courses and trainers.
- Report to the sales manager and check in regularly to ensure tasks are completed and goals are met.

**These are the qualities we are looking for**:

- A sales-oriented personality that is neither too passive or too aggressive, but can communicate effectively with clients and prospects
- An interest in sales and a willingness to learn and grow in this role, as well as to take on more responsibilities and opportunities in the future
- A good understanding of our products, services, and industry, or the ability to acquire it quickly through continuous education and self-study
- Experience or familiarity with some of the sales tasks and tools that we use, such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, SurveyMonkey, mail merges, etc.
- Can work independently and remotely, as well as collaborate and communicate with the rest of the team on a regular basis
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them according to the needs and goals of the organization
- Prepared to follow the processes and procedures that we have in place, as well as to suggest improvements and ideas when appropriate
- Loves to adapt to different situations and challenges, and to be flexible and creative in finding solutions
- Takes ownership of tasks and projects, showing initiative by independently seeking solutions while completing tasks.
- Embraces variety. This role offers the opportunity to engage with diverse projects and responsibilities, providing a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Detail-oriented. Planning training is all in the details, and you won’t miss any of them
