Speer Technologies recognizes opportunity in our market for continued revenue growth and we’re looking for someone who recognizes the niche value our services encapsulates. This individual must have targeted and focused sales activity according to the appropriate market channels with an understanding of our organization at its core.

**Responsibilities**
- Prospect to activate new accounts as well as respond to inbound marketing leads across North America.
- Lead outreach initiatives within our international markets including North America and Europe while exploring opportunities in new high growth markets (i.e Singapore, Hong Kong).
- Work alongside the CEO of Speer Technologies to assist with ambitious business development objectives, while maintaining net profit margins.
- Coordinating, attending and hosting events within Toronto and bringing unique players from the industry into our network.
- Identifying / creating a schedule of industry events in Toronto that the team should attend

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in sales
- Background in software/technology would be an asset
- Self-starter that is driven to work collaboratively for team success
- Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor presentation to meet customer needs.
- Ability to create and present to high level professionals in the technology industry
- Effectively time manage to handle multiple sales proposals at once in varying stages along the sales cycle
- Sense of autonomy and urgency, considering this is a startup ecosystem
- Work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Compensation**
- $60,000 CAD to $90,000
- Commission Structure - Gross margin commission model of 2.5-5% per month
