- **Office Administrator **to join us in
- **Downtown Toronto, Canada **for a part time basis

**In this role you will**:

- Reception duties including answering phone calls, ordering office supplies, greeting, and directing visitors
- Processing credit card payment via phone
- Managing meeting rooms booking schedule
- Processing employee transactions in our Human Resources Information Systems
- Supporting Human Resources, safety, and site administration with various tasks
- Reporting, organizing, filing, and document management
- Provide administrative support, including copying, filing, and data entry
- Maintain and clean office spaces, including break areas, and conference rooms

**We believe that You**:

- Education Required: Minimum High School Diploma, college diploma preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
