Job Title: Administrative Officer

ZAM ZAM TIKKA & KABAB INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
