Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Job purpose**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
The associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:
- Identify staffing needs based on approved recruitment plan.
- Update selection criteria for various positions.
- Plan initial interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Complete paperwork and documentation for new employees.
- Collaborate with department managers to update job descriptions and interview questions to reflect each position’s requirements.
- Promote our reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Place internal and external job postings
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Organize internal and external hiring.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Ensure the full-cycle recruitment is managed in line with existing procedures.
- Assist in the layoff process in accordance with changing business needs.
- Follow Ups with Employees on a 2-week, 3-month, 6 month, and annual basis.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow **G*ood **M**anufacturing **P*ractices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Working conditions**
- Always work indoors.
- Compliant with ventilation, cleanliness, space, lighting and temperature.
**Physical requirements**
- Sitting involved.
- May repeat the same movement.
- Typing involved.
