**Primary Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Highly motivated, engaging and enthusiastic
- Experience in owning the full cycle recruitment process
- Strong time management and organization skills to help with high volume recruitment activity
- Superb sales abilities to engage interest in harder to fill roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and agile workplace environment
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Highly adaptable and able to pivot to changes in process
- Completion of a post secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience
