**Work Location**:
Centralized Head Office located in St. George, ON, with flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week. Limited planned travel may be required to camp locations across Canada and the USA.

Internal and external posting. This role is being posted to backfill a vacancy on the HR Team.

**What would you be doing?**
- ** **Provide on-going payroll support to ensure the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll, associated reconciliations, and year-end processes.
- Enter and maintain employee information in HR tracking systems including the Applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
- Administer and analyses annual employee engagement surveys.
- Participate in and supports the execution of the Learning and Achievement Program
- Provide HR support, direction, and guidance on the organizations policies and procedures as needed.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in human resources or equivalent experience, CHRP designation preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of HR coordinator/generalist level experience (including but not limited to payroll processing, HRIS, talent acquisition and health and safety).
- Payroll knowledge / experience required.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail in managing work, competing deadlines, and sensitive projects.
- Resourceful team-player with an ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment and sensitivity in dealing with internal and external communities.
- Broad experience in customer service, and problem solving.
- Proficient with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Power Point and Excel and HRIS systems.
- Able to maintain a valid passport and be available for the required travel associated with the role.
- Bilingual French/English considered an asset
