We are looking to add another talented teammate to our Richmond office. The position of **Customer Service Representative** is vital to our day to day operations. We seek eager, talented professional to help us deliver beyond our customers’ expectations.

**Who You Are**:

- A Multitasker who can manage multiple priorities and requests
- Love for tackling administrative tasks and working under a deadline
- Acute attention to detail and able to review the work of others
- Great at keeping things organized
- A Determined Problem Solver
- Accountable and takes ownership of work
- Experience working with computers and data entry
- Has an interest in instrumentation, reliability and electrical component industry

**What Will You Do?**
- Help our customers with questions and requests
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Create invoices and perform data entry
- Receive calibration equipment and record equipment details into system
- Prepare equipment for shipping by packaging appropriately
- Review documents for error before shipping
- Support the office with other administrative requests
