**PRIMARY FUNCTION**

The incumbent will play a key role in leading the LUMEO technical workstream across the region. They will define and drive the overall integration strategy, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of regional integration efforts. Acting as the liaison with local integration teams, this role will oversee integration processes, assess performance, and support smooth transitions. Additionally, the incumbent will champion the development of integration skills within the team, fostering expertise and excellence across the organization.

Within this role the employee is accountable for contributing to the delivery of the Regional Health Information System (RHIS) strategy. As an employee, one must demonstrate an awareness of and be responsible for actively promoting and supporting patient and family centered engagement and care in all we do.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- Define and manage the overall regional integration strategy roadmap, set goals, scope, timelines and collaborate on budgets for integration projects, and align with business objectives.
- Evaluate and monitor integration performance, assess impacts and value of integration, identify and implement improvements needed to optimize the system, and support integration transitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with regional partners/stakeholders, Oracle Health Data Centre, solution monitoring, and technical vendors.
- Oversight and accountability for the technical workstream, domain strategy, and architecture and management of complex issue resolution. A technical resource to regional and local senior leadership and stakeholders and provide a key point of contact for local technical teams for integrated solutions and devices.
- Key member of the regional Change Control Board, Data Governance, and Privacy Committees, and Co-Chair of the Integrated Technical Committee.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- University degree or equivalent
- 10+ years relevant experience
- PMP and ITIL certifications preferred
- Knowledge of system development lifecycle, system architecture, and regional hardware/software integration
- Familiarity with security, privacy, and mandated health data collection
- Strong communication, consultation, negotiation, and mediation skills
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in project and change management
- Satisfactory criminal background check with vulnerable sector clearance
- Preferred: Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) or multi-organization digital transformation projects
