Currently, we are recruiting a **Learning Centre Assistant** **Manager **for our **Vancouver **Language Centre.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Service Delivery**
Ensure optimal Learning Center appearance.
Work with the National Manager of Instruction in ensuring we have instructors to meet our needs.
Ensure lessons are delivered to Berlitz standards and contracts
Support local group management as indicated by Operations
Managing AR - ensure cash collections in on target
Responsible for adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
Effectively communicate student objectives to LC Staff.
Make sure staff has the equipment to deliver the lessons
Make our plan for the month in lessons, cash collections and Income
**Quality Orientation**
Maintain positive customer relations and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Work in collaboration with the Manager of Instruction to maintain CFL
Meet with the team on a weekly basis to go over operations.
Motivate students to complete their programs.
Resolve service issues when presented by student.
Maintain regular contact with alumni.
**Acquisition -Sales and Local Prospecting**
Manage and process inquiries
Conduct assigned sales activities from initial inquiry through enrollment..
Support local and national marketing initiatives, product launches and promotional campaigns.
Foster corporate relationship development via regular communication with Market Area Business Development Manager. and/or Account Executives as appropriate.
Strategize and implement action plans to capture greater consumer market share, Corporate and Government Market
Enter and manage information in LCMS and Salesforce
Manage our Standing offers for Ottawa.
Be part of the Government Vertical Market Team.
**SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS**
