ABOUT THE ROLE
Seeking an experienced Document Administrator with knowledge of using SharePoint and Bluebeam software (or similar).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recording and tracking of internal and external distribution of project documentation
- Quality checking of documentation and maintaining document control files against checklist
- Uploading project documentation using SharePoint
- Transferring/receiving project documentation with client systems
- Responding to internal and or external documentation requests
- Ensures timely transfer of electronic files to/from clients and 3rd party vendors
- Progressive Project turnover and close-out activities
- Understanding and adhering to project document control procedures and client specifications
- Exercises initiative in completing recurring assignments independently.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree, diploma or certificate in administration or other applicable area coupled with 7-10 years of Document Control experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with the ability to work effectively with all clients, both internal and external.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; Excellent ability to coordinate and prioritize work and meet short deadlines.
- Attention to detail, self-motivated, trustworthy, reliable, efficient and a positive team member.
