**Summary**:
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager and HSE Coordinator, the Documentation and Administrative Assistant will work with the HSE and Quality Assurance Team to assist with their documentation review and electronic document management systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of the Health and Safety Management System.
- Manage administrative tasks related to HSE and Quality Assurance operations that do not require a technical background.
- Upload documents into Business Dynamics; WorkHub, and MasterControl electronic document management systems
- Word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations and filing
- Review and edit existing Policies, Procedures, forms and SOP’s; facilitate editing and formatting of documents and coordinate document review and approval.
- Document handling, template preparation; editing and formatting of documents and coordinate document review and approval
- Updating and distribution of HSE policies and procedures
- Logging HSE reports and identifying trends.
- Assist with maintenance of WorkHub and ISNetworld
- Assist with the maintenance and continual improvement of the HSE programs and processes and support the management system
- Facilitate the implementation of cGMP new systems, software, policies and procedures within the facility.
- Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of the Quality Management System
- Analyze data, including charting and trend analysis, and present results to management.

- Capacity to read, analyze and interpret data. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

**Experience/Education**
- 0-3 years relevant industry experience, some Health and Safety (HSE) or Good Manufacturing (GMP) knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
- Experienced in administration, logistics, and/or supply chain management.
- Previous experience with WorkHub or MasterControl would be an asset
- Previous experience with ISNetworld would be an asset

**Working Conditions**
- Ability to work in an office environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
- Able to legally drive in Canada.
- May be exposed to hazards associated with manufacturing.
- May be required to use PPE.
