We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the facilities infrastructure of our operations located in Edmonton, through excellence in customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills.

**Major Functions and Responsibilities**
- Support all building services at both our Edmonton operations
- Provide daily support to the relevant facilities team members
- Scheduling/assignment of tasks
- Scheduling of refresh projects
- Site visits
- Review of third party provided services
- Janitorial
- Gowns & Matting
- Sourcing of tools as required.
- Over-all resposnbility of the facilities spaces and vehicles.
- Other duties as required.
- Operations to also include supporting the IT Department with the installtion of provided IT equipment, i.e PC’s and Printers.
- Establish and maintain a functioning relationships with our Building Landlords/Operators
- Troubleshoot Facilities issues and identfy the appropiate course of action for resolution
- Co-ordiante third party support as required
- Establish and maintain a contact list of available/approved suppliers/contractors

**Required Skills**:

- Capable to source required parts and complete general facility tasks
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong ability to co-ordinate/schedule projects
- Tactful and diplomatic with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Flexibility to meet organizational requirements including hours of work

Required Experience
- 1-3 Years’ experience in a Facilities support role

**Minimum Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Facility Management Training or equivalent through work experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract

**Other Information**
- As workload demands and operational requirements shift, the location, dates and/or hours of work may be changed
- Applicant(s) hired into this position will be required to provide a 5-year Driver’s Abstract as a condition of employment.
- All persons newly hired to _Dyna_**_LIFE_** must show their confirmation of SIN letter/SIN card and government issued photo ID to Human Resources prior to commencing work.
- All persons hired to _Dyna_**_LIFE_**_ _must be authorized to work in Canada for any employer.
- Individuals hired into all positions must provide verification of their highest level of education.
- A security clearance will be required for employees newly hired to _Dyna_**_LIFE_**.
- A security clearance with vulnerable sector completed may be required for employees newly hired to _Dyna_**_LIFE._
