**Job Description**:
Transport et Logistique
- Assurer l’acheminement des produits finis vers les filiales Galderma et vers les clients externes
- Communiquer et collaborer avec les transitaires afin de garantir le meilleur suivi de nos envois
- Prendre les arrangements nécessaires pour la livraison des expéditions, en collaboration avec les services internes, et en respectant les exigences de qualité et es délais de production.- Assurer que toute documentation de transport est correcte et complète, y-compris la facture commerciale, la liste de colisage, le certificat d’origine et autres documents, selon les exigences de nos clients et des institutions gouvernementaux.Service Client
- Répondre aux questions des clients au quotidien
- Assister les clients (internes et externes) dans les besoins techniques et s’assurer du meilleur acheminement des produits dans le respect des conditions financières, géographiques, et de la qualité du produit.
- Contribuer activement a des améliorations continues dans les domaines de compréhension des procédures des opérations, les exigences et les opportunités de transport et de dédouanement, et de la visibilité dans la chaine logistique (end-to-end Supply Chain)
- Suivi étroit sur le disponible à livrer versus les commandes clients
- Initie les rencontres de suivi avec les clients afin de bien connaitre les priorités
- Anticipe et planifie le calendrier de livraisons en collaboration avec les clients afin d’atteindre le niveau de service (psp) mais aussi afin de manager le workload sur les autres équipes

Compétences Requises
- Expérience dans un poste de relation clients et transport US & CAN
- Parfait bilinguisme anglais - français tant à l’oral qu’a l’écrit
