Hair Studio is seeking an organized and proactive Operations Assistant to manage various tasks essential to the smooth running of our growing small business. This role involves everything from client communication and supporting the CEO to managing inventory, product photo shoots, and maintaining product knowledge on the website. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and willing to take on multiple responsibilities to help our studio thrive.

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient studio operations while providing support to both the CEO and clients. If you're tech-savvy, creative, and passionate about contributing to a dynamic, client-focused business, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reception & Client Communication:

- Provide timely and professional responses, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Executive Support:

- Help with report creation, presentations, and other executive tasks as needed.
- Inventory & Product Management:

- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are accurate and products are organized.
- Manage product listings on the website, keeping product details up to date with accurate descriptions and photos.
- Work with the team on product photo shoots, ensuring the products are showcased effectively.
- Operations Assistance:

- Support the day-to-day operations of the studio, helping with shipments, inventory, and studio organization.
- Proactively address operational challenges and ensure the workspace is functional and well-maintained.
- Social Media & Tech Management:

- Assist with content creation and posting on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Use Apple products for office management, inventory updates, and communication.
- Product Knowledge & Communication:

- Ensure in-depth product knowledge for communicating with clients and updating website listings.
- Work closely with the team to ensure all products are effectively marketed and represented across digital platforms.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in administration, inventory management, or an operations assistant role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Professional appearance and presentation for client interactions
- Experience with inventory management and product listings (preferably in a small business setting)
- Social media management experience (posting, engagement, and content creation)
- Comfortable using Apple products (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) for operational tasks and office management
- Ability to manage and coordinate photo shoots for products, ensuring quality and brand consistency
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanour

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 28 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
