Operations Assistant

Vancouver, Canada Fed Full time

**Essential duties include but are not limited to**:

- Assist in the general operational processes of the company
- Assist in the planing, organizing and coordination of daily operations
- Provide support in training new employees in the use of equipment & production techniques
- Monitor inventory levels
- Assist in facility organization and cleanliness
- Provide supervision to the meal assembly and meal packing teams
- Record and track fulfillment based metrics
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Perform other related duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent people skills
- Capacity to multitask to meet multiple demands and instructions
- Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
- Ability to self-motivate and problem solve in a fast paced setting filled with hard deadlines
- Comfortable with technology
- Kitchen/culinary experience is an asset
- Willingness to learn and grow to meet the changing requirements of the job
- Ability to work collaboratively environment with individuals with different technical backgrounds
