Bases Covered Wealth Management's local Abbotsford office is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work alongside a Certified Financial Planner. We will be moving to a new office space this year, where you will be at the forefront of the business upon clients' entry.

This role is entry-level, though administrative experience is a strong asset.

Your duties will include some reception roles as you are at the front of the office, however the main prospect of your position will be administrative. You will receive role-specific training to perform the following responsibilities:
2. Assisting in preparation for client meetings & directing the clients' to the correct offices

3. Managing client relationships, follow-ups, appointment setting, etc

4. Working with marketing initiatives

Attributes/Skills of Value include;
1. A friendly, out-going personality with top-notch client experience

2. Proficient Microsoft Office skills, experience with CRM work-flow platforms, gmail, etc

3. Strong phone/electronic communication skills

4. Able to adapt to individual work, strong initiative to work under mínimal supervision, be a self-starter with strength in directing oneself with workloads suitable to business needs

5. Thorough attention to detail & comprehensive review of paperwork and able to navigate a cohesive list of follow-ups, able to maintain organization as to not lose track of the tasks on hand. Organization skills are paramount to this role.

6. Efficient & highly-organized, able to task-handle under pressure in a timely manner upon the busier seasons

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
