- Do you have experience in client services, marketing agencies or are you a recent event marketing program grad? Do you love a fast paced work environment that is always buzzing?- Our Account Coordinators are an integral part of our Client Services team. They take active ownership and accountability of a portfolio, building strong relationships with our clients. They think smart, work hard and excel in a fast paced environment. They assist with day-to-day support of a client portfolio in partnership with a great team.**A typical day**:
- You’ll be wearing a variety of hats so you need to be flexible and adaptable.
- Coordinating multiple projects and activities while adhering to timelines.
- Working closely with internal teams following up on new requests and outstanding items.
- Updating documentation.
- Attending meetings to provide updates and learn about new projects and activities.
- Delivering great service to our clients.
- Above all, delivering great service to our clients._
**About you**:
- Post-secondary education, preferably in business, marketing, communications or related field.
- 1+ years of administrative experience.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work well with deadlines.
- Great communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel and Outlook.
