**WE ARE HIRING "ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR"**

**Position Summary**

The Accounting Coordinator will be assisting the accounting manager with their daily responsibilities, as well as assisting with month-end closing, preparing and reconciling accrual figures. This position is responsible for offering support to the manager, staff, and other internal or external stakeholders, including preparing ad hoc reports, assisting with tax filing, and providing assistance during various audit processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Review all documents accordingly and advise for correction if needed.
- Provide quality service to internal and external customers.
- Provide and measure accurate validation and analysis.
- Review documents (TP Truck, PP, Carbon tax, and General expense).
- Book General expenses and create manual invoices in SAP.
- Review bank transactions and create cash report and AR aging report daily basis.
- Input daily exchange rate in SAP and generate monthly exchange rate report.
- Import bank statement to SAP on a daily basis.
- Clear AR/AP outstanding in SAP.
- Assist the management in regards to compliance for HST, QST filing.
- Record company sales type lease and establish entries in SAP.
- Review and analyze leases and related documents.
- Assist monthly closing (Book accruals, reconciliation, and analyze data).
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis for various assignments.

**Education**:

- Accounting diploma, B. Comm Accounting or CPA(in progress).

**Experience**:

- 3 years of experiences in the field, favour towards transportation industry.

**Skills**:

- Language: Must be fluent in English (Korean is considered a valuable asset).
- Exceptional MS Excel skills.
- General knowledge with ERP system, SAP (asset).
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, lease and revenue recognition.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
