- Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with laundry and cleaning as needed
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAs a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. You will have the opportunity to interact with guests from all walks of life, handle various inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of our hotel. If you are friendly, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the hotel.
