We are searching for an **Accounts Receivable Analyst, LTC **to join our Finance Team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

**About the Opportunity**
- Prepares accurate and on time of monthly, quarterly, and annual aged receivables reports
- Builds relationships with Managers at sites, ensuring communications on invoicing, payment and billing are timely, clear, and consistently communicated
- Foster a culture of customer service, reporting on key performance metrics that measure and monitor the effectiveness and service levels of the Accounts Receivable Team
- Leads monthly collection meetings across divisions to ensure accurate collection actions are in place and legal team is aligned with collection plans.
- Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all Accounts Receivable general ledger accounts
- Communicates potential errors or write offs at least monthly, to the Senior Manager, Revenue and Client Accounts
- Meets monthly with General Managers and Finance team to review status of accounts and collaborate on collection efforts

**About You**

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years prior Accounting / Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience with Yardi software considered an asset
- A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
