**Description**

The Accounts Receivable and Data Payroll Processing Individual will be responsible for managing the financial transactions related to accounts receivable and payroll processing. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work with confidential information. The individual will collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

**Main Responsibilities**

Accounts Receivable:

- Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Process and record customer payments accurately in the accounting system.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on accounts receivable status.

Data Payroll Processing:

- Collect, review, and process employee timesheets or attendance records.
- Timely communication of information to payroll provider to process accurate payroll information of payroll in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data for payroll processing.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in handling payroll information.

General Financial Support:

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to accounts receivable and payroll processing.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in accounts receivable
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in Payroll would be an asset
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$47,000.00 per hour
