Office Admin Assistant

**Job responsibilities include**:
- Office management
- IT basic support
- Administrative support to all members of the team
- Communication with CRA
- Customers - customer relations, customers support
- Executive assistance to partners
**Skills required**:
- Superior time management and multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, to work in high-pressure situations and respond to conflicting demands, changing priorities and tight deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Professional, responsive, resourceful, flexible and positive work attitude is essential
- Self-starter who exhibits confidence, uses initiative, and seeks opportunities to learn and improve
- Proficient with MS Office, knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting and tax softwares is an asset
- Proven previous experience as an Administrative Assistant working independently on full range of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures..
- Russian language is an asset
