**POSITION: Office Admin**
**Location**:Richmond, BC (close to Ikea)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the organization of data across multiple business areas
- Coordination of Standards and Codes library
- Assisting our COO and CEO with the development and implementation of best practice business processes
- Proofreading, formatting documents
- Ordering goods and services
- Receiving and shipping
- Managing customer shipping requests
- Light bookkeeping duties
- Coordinate travel for sales staff
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
- Helping to organize the physical layout of the office
- Assist other departments as/when time permits

**Required skills and experience**:

- 1 to 3 years related experience in a production or office environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Completion of a certificate/diploma in business administration or related field is an asset
- Bookkeeping experience is an asset
- Ability to multitask is crucial
- Be reliable and efficient
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to prioritize and organize workflow
- Possess problem-solving ability and skills
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
