Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Brokers to join our team. As a Broker, you will be responsible for facilitating sales transactions between buyers and sellers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. If you have a strong background in car wholesale, car sales and possess excellent negotiation skills, we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Knowledge of the used car Market (Local and International)
- Negotiation skills
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the purchasing and sales process
- Upsell additional products or services to clients
- Manage and maintain a steady flow of new purchases
- Collaborate with sales management to develop effective sales and purchasing strategies
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Broker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the used car market and auction
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and meet sales and purchasing targets

Responsabilités:
- Connaissance du marché des voitures d'occasion (local et international)
- Compétences en négociation
- Fournir un service client exceptionnel tout au long du processus d'achat et de vente
- Proposer des produits ou services supplémentaires aux clients
- Gérer et maintenir un flux régulier de nouveaux achats
- Collaborer avec la direction des ventes pour développer des stratégies efficaces de vente et d'achat
- Effectuer des recherches de marché pour identifier les tendances et les opportunités
- Maintenir des dossiers précis de toutes les transactions
Exigences:
- Expérience avérée en tant que courtier ou rôle similaire
- Solide connaissance du marché des voitures d'occasion et des enchères
- Excellentes compétences en négociation et en communication
- Bilinguisme est un plus
- Capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations avec les clients
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à atteindre les objectifs de vente et d'achat
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
