We are a leading manufacturer of garage door products located in St. Lambert, Quebec, seeking a full-time Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Complete and maintain up-to-date quotations and costing.
- Monitor and analyze new market trends and margins to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce our products and services to potential customers.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Maintain and create pricing quotations.
- Review pricing and recommend changes as necessary.
- Communicate with customers and sales representatives to resolve pricing issues.
- Organize and manage documentation efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Update and manage the pricing catalog using available software tools.

**Work Environment**

**Qualifications**
- Fluency in both English and French, oral and written.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with limited supervision.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven experience in inside sales, technology sales, or technical sales.
- Proficiency in mathematics and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and InDesign.
- Familiarity with garage doors, the industry, or a construction background is an asset.
- Experience with product codes and order entry.
- Positive attitude and a team player.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et établir des relations solides avec les clients.
- Compléter et maintenir à jour les devis et les coûts.
- Surveiller et analyser les nouvelles tendances du marché et les marges pour recommander des solutions appropriées.
- Effectuer des appels sortants pour présenter nos produits et services aux clients potentiels.

**Responsabilités supplémentaires**
- Maintenir et créer des devis de prix.
- Réviser les prix et recommander des modifications si nécessaire.
- Communiquer avec les clients et les représentants des ventes pour résoudre les problèmes de prix.
- Organiser et gérer la documentation de manière efficace.
- Traiter les commandes par téléphone, courriel ou en personne, en fournissant des devis et des informations sur les produits.
- Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients existants.
- Mettre à jour et gérer le catalogue de prix en utilisant les outils logiciels disponibles.

**Qualifications**
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- Solides compétences en multitâche et en gestion des priorités avec une supervision limitée.
- Excellentes compétences en négociation et en communication.
- Expérience avérée dans les ventes internes, les ventes technologiques ou les ventes techniques.
- Maîtrise des mathématiques et attention aux détails.
- Compétences informatiques solides, y compris la maîtrise de Microsoft Office et d'InDesign.
- La connaissance des portes de garage, de l'industrie ou d'une expérience en construction est un atout.
- Expérience avec les codes de produits et la saisie des commandes.
- Attitude positive et esprit d'équipe.
