Growing multi-location medical clinic is looking to fill the position of **Physician Outreach Coordinator**. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, being on their feet, has a positive attitude, and has a strong ability to create and foster strong business relationships. This is a full time position that reports to the Director of Clinical Services and Director of Operations. Travel within the GTA is required.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Recruiting new referring physicians
- Building and maintaining relationships with community physicians and clinic managers
- Reporting referral flow to Executive team
- Understanding the needs of each of our community physicians and their patients
- Visiting community physicians to deliver referral forms
- Planning, coordinating, and executing lunch and learn programs

Flexibility and versatility are paramount, as is the desire to work through challenges. Problem solving and critical thinking skills are a must. This position spends the majority of their time travelling within the GTA. Tactfulness and professionalism are key.

**EXPECTATIONS**:
The individual will work as part of a team to ensure that physicians are provided with the highest level of care by answering questions and listening to feedback.

The individual will maintain a positive attitude and a sense of teamwork while meeting productivity goals and expectations.

**EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum one year of experience working in a healthcare setting
- Experience working as part of a team
- Marketing and social media

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective written and oral communications
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- G class Ontario Drivers License and reliable vehicle

**STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE**:

- Actively supports daily activities as outlined by Management team
- Maintains confidentiality of all patient related information
- This position requires you to be polite, team oriented and maintain a positive attitude at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
