We specialize in property management, asset management and property administration.

**Bookeeping**:

- Perform bookkeeping duties for properties, including but not limited to:

- Maintaining financial records and general ledgers
- Recording financial transactions and posting them to the appropriate accounts
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Collecting rent
- Reconciling bank statements and performing bank reconciliations
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conducting account analysis and producing financial reports
- Managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Utilizing accounting software such as Sage or Xero to perform bookkeeping tasks
- Knowledge in property management is a big plus

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks)
- Property management and administration experience is a big advantage.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
- Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
