We're seeking a dedicated and organized Property Administrator to join our team in downtown Montreal, in a new apartment building.

**Position**: Property Administrator
**Location**: Downtown Montreal, QC
**Type**: Full-time in-person position

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of residential property management, alongside property manager
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports
- Respond to tenant escalations in a timely proactive and professional manner
- Oversee Tenant onboarding, move in/ move out process
- Manage lease agreements
- Support the property manager in various administrative tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual, English & French
- A minimum of two years previous experience in property management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving and relationship development
- Passionate about fostering a positive building culture
- Strong sense of initiative and prioritization, adept at managing multiple requests simultaneously, and capable of adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software; experience with HOPEM a plus

Lieu : Centre-ville de Montréal, QC

Type : Poste à temps plein en présentiel

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Assister dans les opérations quotidiennes de la gestion du batiment, en collaboration avec le gestionnaire de la propriété
- Coordonner les demandes de maintenance et de réparation, en assurant une résolution rapide
- Effectuer des inspections de propriété et préparer des rapports détaillés
- Répondre aux escalades des locataires de manière proactive et professionnelle et en temps opportun
- Superviser l'accueil des locataires, le processus d'emménagement/déménagement
- Gérer les contrats de location
- Soutenir le gestionnaire immobilier dans diverses tâches administratives

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingue, anglais et français
- Au moins deux ans d'expérience préalable dans la gestion immobilière Solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps
- Excellentes capacités de communication et interpersonnelles ; compétences développées en communication écrite et orale
- Approche collaborative pour la résolution de problèmes et le développement des relations
- Passionné par la promotion d'une culture positive au sein des bâtiments
- Fort sens de l'initiative et de la priorisation, capable de gérer simultanément plusieurs demandes et de s'adapter à des priorités changeantes dans un environnement dynamique
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des logiciels de gestion immobilière ; expérience avec HOPEM un atout

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
