**Responsibilities**:

- **Tenant Relations**: Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- **Lease Administration**: Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rent collections with accuracy and efficiency.
- **Maintenance Coordination**: Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and improvements, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- **Financial Analysis, Bookeeping and Billing**: Monitor and manage property budgets and cashflows, financial reports, and expenses to optimize property performance as well as accounting entries.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective tenant and client interactions.
- **Organization**: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technology**: Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- **Problem Solving**: A proactive problem solver with a keen attention to detail.
