**Responsibilities**
- Lease and Tenant Management
- Rent Collection Process
- Property Maintenance and Operations
- Financial Management and Reporting
- Vendor and Contractor Management
- Marketing and Advertising
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Portal Management
- Day-to-day administrative tasks
- Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage technology solutions to support property management operations

**Skills**
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and French.

**Experience**:
Experience in the accounting, real estate, or asset management industry is a plus, but not required.
