**Key tasks and responsibilities**:

- Become a Bucketlist Rewards expert and answer any questions prospects may have about the product
- Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Convert qualified leads into opportunities for Account Executives
- Analyze your metrics to optimize internal sales processes
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to establish ways to improve your outbound sales strategy
- Follow up and nurture marketing qualified leads until they are ready to engage with Account Executives

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in a sales / customer-facing role
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with high-volume sales outreach and building strong relationships with people
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Goal oriented and motivated by achieving weekly and monthly activity targets
- Excited to hunt for new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
- Outgoing personality that is comfortable cold calling
- Passion to learn and looking for personal growth in sales

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience working with CRM software (HubSpot or similar)
- Experience with sales outreach tools (Apollo, Outreach, Close or similar)
- Experience with social selling and using sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- B2B SaaS experience
- Enjoys problem solving what the wants/needs of an organization are
