As a Sales Development Representative, you will support our Field and Inside Sales Representatives to establish positive relationships with potential customers. You’ll also contribute to market analysis to find new opportunities and assist with meeting administration, data entry, and document management for our teams.
This is a 6 month contract position for parental leave coverage with the possibility of conversion into a permanent role at the end of the contract based on business needs.
**Duties and Responsibilites**
- Perform literature and market analysis to identify and target potential new customers and setup meetings or calls with Sales representatives
- Assist with data entry and administrative duties for our Marketing, Inside Sales, and Field Sales teams
- Document communications and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) database for the Sales team
**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- BSc with 0 to 1+ years of relevant experience in a Life Sciences related discipline
- Science-based education with experiences that have an emphasis on active listening, self-direction, building customer relationships, timely follow up, strong communication, and teamwork.
- Sales, marketing, or customer service experience or familiarity is an asset

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$56,400.00 - $76,200.00
STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
