The **Finance Coordinator **will be reporting to the VP of Program Management and Development to help support the Finance department with reconciliation of monthly credit card statements, managing of credit card payment requests, and other accounts payable duties on Quickbooks and Fyle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reconciling corporate credit card statements and resolving any discrepancies or issues
- Managing and processing of all credit card payment requests to ensure proper documentation backup and approval process has been completed
- Acting as point of contact for inquiries regarding expenses, reconciliations, and payment processes
- Assisting with entering supplier bills into the accounting system and allocating expenses to the appropriate general ledger accounts
- Archiving and organizing reports, project expenses, and internal financial statements
- Supporting with financial processes and overall compliance
- Onboarding and training new employees to expense programs (i.e. Fyle)
- Perform tasks with strict adherence to confidentiality and privacy practices*
- Supporting the finance controllers for various tasks, including invoice generation
- Assist with maintenance of accurate records of all accounts payable transactions

**What we are looking for**:

- At least 1 year of experience using Quickbooks in a corporate work environment
- Working knowledge of accounting software, expense reporting, and industry standards
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to hold confidential information
