Account Manager Trainee

We are thrilled to announce that our Team is expanding and we are seeking an Entry Level Account Manager Trainee to join us at ELITE Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and we specialize in curating their brand positioning and marketing strategies. As the Account Manager Trainee, you will be a key player in our growth, focusing on our client's accounts to increase customer base, improve brand recognition, and boost sales revenue.
**Responsibilities of Account Manager Trainee also include**:
- Being proficient in using electronic tablets and other smart technologies
- Inputting and maintaining customer information, sales records, installation records, and evaluating sales performance
- Communicating with clients in person, face to face, or over the phone to offer products or services, evaluate their needs, and finalize a sale
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to understand the company's sales goals, strategies, and targets
- Having a great understanding of the products and services that the company offers, as well as the competition, market trends, and customer needs
- Identifying new sales opportunities and developing effective sales strategies
- Having great technical, communication, and analytical skills, with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach
**Account Manager Trainee should**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
- Preferably have 1-3 years of experience in brand development, client acquisition, sales, account management, or related fields
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team with mínimal direction
- Must have a reliable means of transportation to our Etobicoke office, with a valid driver's license, and preferably own a personal vehicle
- Must have flexible availability for full-time work
