Partner Manager

As the Partner Manager - Americas at ValGenesis, you'll spearhead our partner network expansion across the Americas. Your mission is to identify, recruit, and onboard new partners while nurturing existing relationships to drive revenue growth. Collaborate closely with partners on joint marketing and sales strategies, offering support, training, and guidance on ValGenesis products. Stay ahead of industry trends to seize new opportunities and keep ValGenesis competitive.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners in the Americas region to expand ValGenesis’ partner network.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint marketing and sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing support, training, and guidance on ValGenesis products, sales processes, and best practices.
- Manage partner relationships and ensure partners are meeting their targets and objectives.
- Work closely with the ValGenesis sales team to support partner-led sales opportunities and ensure alignment between partners and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the ValGenesis marketing team to support partner-driven marketing initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance, provide regular performance updates, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and ensure ValGenesis remains competitive in the market.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a partner/channel management role in the software or life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partner relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and experience in sales enablement and sales training.
- Experience working with partners in the Americas region and knowledge of the market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Speaks Spanish and English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

**How We Work**
Our Toronto office is hybrid. We believe that in-person interaction and collaboration foster creativity, and a sense of community, and is critical to our future success as a company. Our hybrid schedule is 4 days per week, within a reasonable commuting distance to our Lisbon office.
